These privacy terms describes how citadelnest ("we") gathers, handles and secures personal data across our site and platform. Our role is controller for these data.
What we collect. Names, emails, nationalities and the like plus verification files required by regulation. Additionally stored: trade and settlement records, device logs and helpdesk threads. EU/UK lawful bases: contract fulfilment, legal obligation, legitimate interest.
How we use data. Running your account, settling trades, meeting regulation, fighting fraud, and platform security, plus optional product updates with one-click opt-out.
Sharing. Sharing is limited to operational providers (custodial, payment, identity), authorities on valid demand, and anonymised analytics. No sale of personal data.
Retention & security. Data is kept for the account life plus legal windows (typically five-seven years for trades). Security: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in motion plus ISO 27001-audited access controls.
Your rights. Access, correction, export, deletion and objection rights may be used through [email protected]. Replies respect the legally set windows.
